The Wilo-Isar 2ECH1-L combines comfort, hygiene and operational reliability. As a multistage water-supply unit with stainless steel hydraulics, it offers fully automatic control and protection functions via the “ElectronicControl” control device with frequency converter.
The display with plain text content and simplified menu navigation ensures uncomplicated operation and adjustment.
Two installed pumps from the Wilo-Medana CH1-L series and two ElectronicControl control devices connected in parallel enable the hygienic transport of clean drinking water, while the speed-controlled motor ensures energy-efficient operation.

Construction
Base frame: made of galvanised steel, to be fastened to a concrete foundation
Pipework: Complete pipework of stainless steel, suitable for the connection of all standard pipe materials; the pipework is designed according to the hydraulic output of the pressure-boosting system.
Pumps: Two pumps of the Medana CH1-L series connected in parallel; all wetted pump components are made of stainless steel. ACS approval for all components that come into contact with the fluid.
Valves: Each pump is equipped with an ACS-approved ball shut-off valve on the suction and discharge side
Diaphragm pressure vessel: A diaphragm expansion tank must be designed in accordance with the installation conditions and provided on-site
Pressure indication: On the pressure gauge on the discharge side and on the display of the ElectronicControl
Switchgear: The system is standard-equipped with an ElectronicControl per pump in master/slave mode.

Consulting guide
Pressure reducer
Excessively high or strongly fluctuating inlet pressure requires the installation of a pressure reducer to maintain a constant minimum inlet pressure level. The maximum permissible fluctuation of the inlet pressure is 1.0 bar.
Volume flow
Up to 16 m³/h (4.4 l/s) maximum volume flow when two pumps are in operation.
Inlet pressure
The maximum inlet pressure (see Technical data) is to be observed for the system configuration. The maximum inlet pressure is calculated from the maximum unit working pressure minus the maximum pump delivery head at Q = 0.
