Strengthening German-Lebanese Cooperation: Wilo Levant Hosts Delegation from AHK and the German Embassy in Lebanon.

On Wednesday, April 16, Wilo Levant was honored to host a delegation from the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK) and the German Embassy in Beirut, at its regional subsidiary in Lebanon.

The delegation included Ms. Carolina Teworte, First Secretary for Economic, Press, and Cultural Affairs at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Beirut; Ms. Maren Diale, CEO of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK) ; and Engineer Mohanad SalahEldin, AHK Regional Director for Jordan and Lebanon.

The visit featured strategic engagement with Mr. Ayman Nassar, Managing Director of Wilo Levant Platform, focusing on expanding avenues for cooperation in policy dialogue, joint market development, and regional capacity-building initiatives. The discussions reflected a shared ambition to align with Germany’s broader vision for economic diplomacy and to reinforce the role of the private sector in advancing sustainable growth across the region.

In continuation of the visit, Wilo Levant hosted the Lebanese German Business Council (LGBC) board meeting in the presence of the delegation. Board members provided insights into their strategic focus areas and engaged in discussions on future cooperation to further support German-Lebanese economic relations.
