PLR is the proven Wilo protocol for communication with pumps. It is based on a point-to-point connection and manages without addressing. Many existing connections to building automation are based on this technology. PLR is a classical point-to-point connection between the pump and pump master computer. For this reason, every pump requires a physical interface.
