We would like to inform you that Wilo production will remain open as an “Essential Business or Operation” in accordance with the CISA Guidance on IDENTIFICATION OF ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKERS DURING COVID-19 RESPONSE of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Furthermore, WILO USA, Scot Pump, Weil Pump and American-Marsh Pumps, continue to monitor the local and global coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, while keeping the health and safety of all our employees and partners as our highest priority. We are working diligently to maintain our highest levels of service and support as a best in class manufacturer. As the situation unfolds, we have taken proactive steps to minimalize the impact to all of our businesses.
Below are some of the safety and support measures that have been implemented:
- Production sites in Cedarburg, WI and Collierville, TN will maintain regular operations until further notice, in accordance with the US Department of Homeland Security ‘CISA Essential Infrastructure’ notice dated 03.20.2020. Additional procedures have been implemented to mitigate any risk of infection..
- Many employees have been converted to a home office setup, and all travel and event participation has been temporarily suspended. Our team will continue to support you via phone and skype meetings..
- We are in continuous contact with our vendors and suppliers. Inventory levels have been reviewed and adjusted to cover current and future demand in the event of any supply chain disruption.
- We are carefully following the guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the COVID-19 outbreak.
- We are in close contact with our global Wilo Coronavirus Taskforce and will adjust measures and precautions where necessary.
