  • Leakage monitoring to avoid frequent switching (cycling)

  • Setting for max. flow and set pressure
  • Pressure is shown on the display
  • Settings, operating statuses and error messages are shown by LEDs and on the display.

Constant pressure function

The frequency inverter controls the speed of the pump according to the set target pressure. As a result, the submersible motor pump always delivers a constant pressure.

Hydraulics

Multistage submersible motor pump with radial impellers in sectional design. Integrated non-return valve. All parts that come in contact with the fluid are made of corrosion-free materials.

Motor (...HS-E...-B)

Corrosion-free permanent magnet motor for connection to the frequency inverter supplied. Oil-filled motor with self-lubricating bearings, designed for high speeds of up to 8400 rpm.

The frequency inverter is installed directly in the discharge line outside the pumped fluid (flood-proof). Cooling is provided by the pumped medium.

Motor (...HS-I)

Corrosion-free asynchronous motor with integrated frequency converter for direct connection to the mains. Rewindable, oil-filled motor with self-lubricating bearings, designed for high speeds of 8400 rpm.

Cooling

• The motor is cooled by the pumped fluid. The pump must always be operated submerged.
• The limit values for the maximum fluid temperature and minimum volume flow must be observed.
• For vertical installation, a cooling jacket must be provided depending on the well diameter.
• Horizontal installation must always be carried out in conjunction with a cooling jacket.
