The Wilo-Yonos GIGA2.0-I is an electronically controlled in-line glanded pump, which is suitable for pumping large amounts of water over large delivery heads. With proven pump hydraulics (MEI ≥0.4) and sophisticated motor technology, it offers IE5 and IE4 motors for equally high energy efficiency and reliability, depending on the pump type. It is very easy to use thanks to the established Green Button Technology, user-friendly menu navigation and clear colour display. Analogue and digital interfaces provide the option of integration into building automation systems.

Series description
Wilo-Yonos GIGA2.0-I

Design

High energy efficiency in-line pump with IE5 motor (0.37 – 7.5 kW) or IE4 motor (11 – 22 kW) and electronic power adjustment in glanded pump design. Version as single-stage low-pressure centrifugal pump with flange connection and mechanical seal.

Application

The pumping of heating water (in accordance with VDI 2035), chilled water and water-glycol mixtures without abrasive substances in heating, chilled water and cooling systems.

Technical data

  • Permissible temperature range of the fluid -20 °C to +120 °C or -20 °C to +140 °C (depending on the pump type)
  • Ambient temperature: -30 °C to +50 °C (3~)
  • Ambient temperature: 0 °C to +50 °C (1~)
  • Mechanical seal for water pumping up to Tmax = +120 °C or +140 °C (depending on the pump type). A glycol admixture of 20% to 40% by volume is permitted up to T ≤ +40 °C. An alternative mechanical seal must be provided for water-glycol mixtures with a glycol content of > 40% to max. 50% by volume and a fluid temperature of > +40 °C to max. +120 °C or other fluids that differ from water. When using water-glycol mixtures, the use of an S1 variant with a corresponding mechanical seal is generally recommended.

Construction
