The presence of senior leadership highlighted the importance of GPA across the organization, including Lyman Tu (Regional CSO) and Richard Chua (SEA Area director), alongside country leaders across seven Southeast Asian markets and members of the regional team.

The agenda covered a comprehensive range of topics, starting with a group overview and GPA strategy to establish a common foundation.

This was followed by Ambition 2030: Enabling All GOs for AMEA, presented by Matthias Pantze, Group Director Global Strategy, highlighting the GO!s and explaining the Merge and the outcome of the Group Strategy “Pioneering WATER AI for you.”

Sharing global perspectives, Fouad Ahmed (Regional Director – Marketing AMEA & GPA MEA) highlighted how Marketing and GPA can operate as a fully integrated approach, showcasing best practices from the MEA region and providing valuable insights into proven strategies and successful implementations.
