Design
Water-supply unit with system separation and a non-self-priming high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump
Application
- Fully automatic water supply including break tank for indirect connection to the public water supply network
- Pumping of drinking water and process water, cooling water, fire water (apart from fire-fighting systems in accordance with DIN 14462 and with the approval of the local fire safety authorities) or other types of industrial water that do not attack the materials either chemically or mechanically and do not contain abrasive or long-fibre constituents.

Construction
- Water-supply unit ready for connection, built on PE baseplate, complete pipework, including all necessary valves and shut-off devices (excluding shut-off device on the inlet side), pressure sensor kit, stainless steel high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump in the glanded version (Helix V series) and EC controller mounted and wired ready for connection; trip electronics for low-water cut-out switchgear available in the control device
- Diaphragm pressure vessel: 8 l/PN 16 located on the discharge side with a butyl rubber diaphragm, completely safe in accordance with food safety laws; for testing and inspection purposes, with a shut-off device, with drain and flow device according to DIN 4807
- Controller: the system is standard-equipped with an EC-controller
- Pressure sensor: 4 to 20 mA, on the discharge side for activating the central EC-controller
- Pressure indication: Pressure gauge on the discharge side; additional digital display of the discharge pressure in the alphanumeric display of the EC controller
