Wilo-Diagnosis assistant app
The Wilo-Diagnosis assistant app is a new Wilo assistant app which helps diagnose integrated high-efficiency circulators such as Yonos PARA 6B/7B and Para INT which don’t have any human machine interface or LED status.
The app is easy to use, quick and convenient and works either with Android or iOS smartphones. It can also be integrated in most customer service applications.
With the Wilo-Diagnosis app, the service technician gets information on the pump status and knows if the pump is running or attempting an unblocking routine. It helps him define, in case of a problem in the heating system, if the defect comes from the pump or not.
With the Wilo-diagnosis app, service efficiency is improved and costs are saved as it reduces significantly the number of returned pumps which, after quality control, have no failure found.
