Inter-Company Challenge

The Bourges Inter-Company Challenge is organised by the Bourges Plus Agglomeration Community.

This friendly event is open to all companies, communities and establishments in the Cher department.

Wilo Intec has been involved in this for many years.

In 2023, our teams won the animation prize again thanks to their costumes and the atmosphere they created in the process!

Garden Party

Every 2 years, Wilo Intec organises a special day where employees' families and pensioners are invited to visit the site and share some good times.

On the programme:

• A guided tour of the production workshops, support services and laboratory, led by Wilo Intec employees.
• A buffet and numerous activities for young and old complete this family day.

Wilo Intec usually welcomes around 600 people to the site on this occasion.

Manufacturing Tour

On 16 November 2023, Wilo Intec welcomed around thirty manufacturers on site and a hundred online to talk Industry 4.0.

On the programme:

• Conference on the digital transformation journey being led by Wilo Intec and the involvement of the teams.
• Lecture from CETIM, on industrial decarbonisation.
• Tour of the plant with commentary by Wilo Intec teams on employee involvement, smart data, robotics and autonomous vehicles (AGVs).

Partner of Tango Bourges basket

TANGO BOURGES BASKET has been at the highest level of women's basketball since 1995.

Wilo Intec has been a partner of the club playing in the LFB and Euroleague for many years.

The company never fails to invite its employees to cheer on the club's champions at "home" matches, as well as to participate in other events such as the annual partner tournament.
