Water treatment

Flask in scientist hand with laboratory glassware background

Reverse osmosis is one of the most effective and economical technologies for removing a range of impurities from water.

It is a water filtration technique that uses a thin, semi-permeable membrane with tiny pores that allow pure water to pass through while retaining larger molecules such as dissolved ionised salts and other impurities.

Reverse osmosis produces highly purified water and is useful for industrial boilers, drinking water systems, seawater desalination, pharmaceutical production, cosmetics production, food and beverage processing and many other applications.
