For us, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) describes above all a sustainable management model: fair business practices, an employee-centric HR policy, optimised management of natural resources and a clear commitment to climate protection.

In France, we have defined major Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) themes based on precise and quantifiable projects implemented at our production site in Aubigny sur Nère (18).

These sustainability projects meet two priority objectives for the Wilo Group: our commitment to climate protection and our responsibility towards our employees.

A Responsible and Ambitious Waste Management Approach.

At Wilo Intec, we are committed to reducing and recovering waste to minimize its environmental impact.

Thanks to improved sorting processes, the proportion of non-recycled waste has significantly decreased.

Today, we achieve a recovery rate of 86% and we are continuously optimizing our practices for a more sustainable future with projects around packaging reuse and smart waste sorting.
