Aubigny-sur-Nère A collective success that confirms Wilo Intec's excellence in social responsibility and paves the way for new ambitions for the years to come.

Wilo Intec has taken a major step forward in its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach by obtaining the UIMM CSR label at Platinum level, the highest distinction of the standard. This recognition rewards the daily commitment of employees, managers and all stakeholders who contribute to the company's sustainable development.

Building on Strong and Sustainable Foundations

Launched at the beginning of 2026 at the instigation of the Management, the project initially aimed to obtain the Gold level. Jointly led by Maxime Longo (HR) and Arnaud Peyrani (HSE), the approach was based on a self-assessment, the identification of key players and significant collaborative work carried out between February and May around the 25 challenges of the UIMM's CSR framework.

The audit carried out by the UIMM highlighted the maturity of Wilo Intec's practices. Of the 25 themes evaluated, 19 were ranked at the highest level and the remaining 6 are at a very advanced level of performance, demonstrating the solidity of the management system and the integration of CSR into the company's daily activities.

"The Platinum label rewards above all the daily commitment of our employees. The actions already anchored in our practices were sufficient to obtain this distinction, without the implementation of additional measures" comments Arnaud Peyrani, Environment, Health and Safety manager.

A Shared Success for a Responsible Future

This performance is based in particular on the many commitments already made in the areas of governance, social dialogue, skills development, the environment, energy, customer satisfaction, digitalisation, responsible purchasing and industrial performance. It is also a continuation of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 certifications held by the company.

In addition to this award, Wilo Intec intends to continue its efforts to improve continuously. The label is awarded for a period of three years, with a follow-up audit scheduled in 18 months. Several areas for improvement have already been identified, including the formalization of career paths, the monitoring of recycled materials within purchasing and the creation of a materiality matrix in order to better align stakeholder expectations with the company's strategic challenges.

This success illustrates Wilo Intec's ability to combine economic performance, social responsibility and respect for the environment. Above all, it testifies to a strong and lasting collective commitment to a more responsible industry.
