WiloCare ist eine digitale Lösung zur Fernüberwachung von Wilo-Pumpen und Pumpensystemen. Das WiloCare-Konzept steht auf zwei Säulen: der fachgerechten Instandhaltung sowie der digitalen Anlagenüberwachung inkl. sofortiger Information bei Störungen oder Warnmeldungen. Dafür wird die Anlage mit zusätzlicher Hardware ausgestattet, welche die gewünschten Anlagenparameter direkt in einem individuellen Dashboard, dem Wilo-Monitor, visualisiert. Der Zugriff auf den Wilo-Monitor ist jederzeit mittels PC, Tablet oder Smartphone möglich. Die benötigte Hardware wird dem Auftraggeber während der Dauer des WiloCare-Vertrags von WILO zur Verfügung gestellt. Es können bis zu 20 Anlagen an die gleiche Hardware angeschlossen werden. Die Datenübertragen erfolgt via Modbus oder bestehenden Meldekontakten. Dank der Datenübertragung, werden Störungen und Warnmeldungen sofort via E-Mail oder SMS an den Kunden übermittelt. WiloCare ist eine digitale Lösung zur Fernüberwachung von Wilo-Pumpen und Pumpensystemen. Das WiloCare-Konzept steht auf zwei Säulen: der fachgerechten Instandhaltung sowie der digitalen Anlagenüberwachung inkl. sofortiger Information bei Störungen oder Warnmeldungen. Dafür wird die Anlage mit zusätzlicher Hardware ausgestattet, welche die gewünschten Anlagenparameter direkt in einem individuellen Dashboard, dem Wilo-Monitor, visualisiert. Der Zugriff auf den Wilo-Monitor ist jederzeit mittels PC, Tablet oder Smartphone möglich. Die benötigte Hardware wird dem Auftraggeber während der Dauer des WiloCare-Vertrags von WILO zur Verfügung gestellt. Es können bis zu 20 Anlagen an die gleiche Hardware angeschlossen werden. Die Datenübertragen erfolgt via Modbus oder bestehenden Meldekontakten. Dank der Datenübertragung, werden Störungen und Warnmeldungen sofort via E-Mail oder SMS an den Kunden übermittelt.
