Single-stage centrifugal pump as baseplate pump in accordance with EN 733, PN 25, with axial suction ports and radial discharge ports for installation on a base. Pump with support foot and flanged bearing bracket, coupling, coupling guard and motor mounted to same baseplate. The pump is suitable for pumping liquids with high temperatures such as superheated water up to 200 °C and heat carrier oil up to 350 °C. A thermal barrier separates the pump volute from the shaft outlet seal. This lowers the temperature in the mechanical seal chamber without the need for an external cooling system. This allows the use of a standardised, uncooled mechanical seal that is mounted directly on the shaft. A large cooling chamber provides space for venting the mechanical seal to avoid dry running.
IEC motor with 3 PTC thermistor sensors. Shaft sealing with bidirectional bellows mechanical seal. Ductile cast iron housing, stainless steel shaft, grey cast iron impeller. Cataphoretic coating as standard for all cast iron components in contact with fluid.

The spacer coupling is an elastic coupling with a spacer. The spacer reduces maintenance costs, and further motor orientation when changing the mechanical seal is not necessary.

WiloCare ist eine digitale Lösung zur Fernüberwachung von Wilo-Pumpen und Pumpensystemen. Das WiloCare-Konzept steht auf zwei Säulen: der fachgerechten Instandhaltung sowie der digitalen Anlagenüberwachung inkl. sofortiger Information bei Störungen oder Warnmeldungen. Dafür wird die Anlage mit zusätzlicher Hardware ausgestattet, welche die gewünschten Anlagenparameter direkt in einem individuellen Dashboard, dem Wilo-Monitor, visualisiert. Der Zugriff auf den Wilo-Monitor ist jederzeit mittels PC, Tablet oder Smartphone möglich. Die benötigte Hardware wird dem Auftraggeber während der Dauer des WiloCare-Vertrags von WILO zur Verfügung gestellt. Es können bis zu 20 Anlagen an die gleiche Hardware angeschlossen werden. Die Datenübertragen erfolgt via Modbus oder bestehenden Meldekontakten. Dank der Datenübertragung, werden Störungen und Warnmeldungen sofort via E-Mail oder SMS an den Kunden übermittelt. Fehler können dadurch schnell und präventiv erkannt und verhindert werden, sodass die Betriebssicherheit der angebundenen Anlagen langfristig abgesichert ist. Das WiloCare Comfort-Paket umfasst:
