With Wilo, you can go straight from the lecture theatre to project work. Rise to the challenge and work on tomorrow’s solutions with us – even while you’re still studying. From the very outset, you will work on customer projects and become a part of our team. Your tasks will range from helping out with day-to-day business to working independently on projects. Whether your internship is voluntary or a required part of your course, we will support you through the exchange of expertise and give you constructive feedback.
Are you at the very start of your studies and have yet to complete a basic internship? You can do this at Wilo too! In principle, you can do your internship with us all year round. If you wish to do an internship during the semester break, please apply for a placement by 15 November for the following semester break (February – April) or by 15 April for the following semester break (July – September).

In addition to the basic internship, at Wilo, you can do a voluntary internship during your studies. We welcome people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and talents in our different divisions:

If there isn’t, get in touch to present your desired topic. Together with our departments we will analyse whether your idea can be implemented.
Whether you’re working on a bachelor or master’s thesis, Wilo would be happy to help! Please apply at least three months before the planned start of your thesis work. A little tip: inform your professor of your plans early on.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC PREREQUISITES FOR AN INTERNSHIP OR STUDENT EMPLOYEE POSITION?
You should demonstrate a keen interest in the relevant area, enjoy challenges, be flexible and like working in teams. We expect you to have a solid grounding in the basics, be confident in the use of IT software and have good English skills. Specific requirements can be found in the job description for each vacancy.
