Wilo Pioneer Award: Technology group seeks the world’s most innovative water projects

Applications must be submitted by 15 September 2026

Dortmund. The multinational water technology group Wilo has announced the Pioneer Award 2026. From now until 15 September, Wilo customers and partners are invited to submit innovative projects for the award. The competition seeks entries that set new benchmarks through smart solutions and a true pioneering spirit in water management. After the regional winners have been selected and the global finalists have been chosen from among them, Wilo will host an exclusive awards ceremony at Wilopark to present the trophy.

This makes us pioneers of our sector – and we recognise the many pioneers among our customers and partners. We want to honour their innovative spirit with the Pioneer Award.”

Wilo’s Pioneer Award recognises projects that improve quality of life in the areas of Creating, Caring and Connecting – through smart solutions from Wilo, responsible action and strong partnerships. For this reason, the award categories are directly aligned with the strategic pillars set out in the Wilo Group Strategy “Pioneering WATER AI for You”.

Specialist juries consisting of Wilo experts from various divisions will select regional winners from all the entries. The winners of the three regional competitions – Europe; the Americas and Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) – will then have the chance to take the overall title. Wilo will announce the winner of the global Pioneer Award 2026 at the award ceremony at Wilopark.
