For 2023, the "Top Employers Institute" has once again certified Wilo for its excellent employee orientation.

Dortmund. The independent "Top Employers Institute" has certified Wilo SE as "Top Employer Germany 2023". In a multi-stage process, the internationally recognised institute reviews performance and progress in the areas of work environment, employer branding, and training and further education, among others.

The certification of the "Top Employer Institute" is proof of Wilo's performance, particularly in the areas of employee participation, digitalisation and agility. The respective employee benefits and HR processes are the result of continuous development and improvement.

With the renewed award, Wilo has been certified as a Top Employer Germany for the ninth time in a row. "We are delighted about the repeated certification," says Oliver Thies, Group Director Human Resources Germany of the Wilo Group. " This continuity shows that we think and act responsibly and sustainably in topics such as diversity, talent development, and new leadership. For Wilo as a multinational company, bringing in different perspectives from professional, social, and cultural backgrounds and systematically promoting them is a given."

Last year, the Wilo Group also established a new competence model as an orientation point for personal and professional development. This competence model not only embeds corporate values such as partnership, pioneering spirit, or customer orientation within the HR organisation. It also forms the basis for a new culture of continuous and self-directed learning. "After all, supporting our employees means actively shaping social change and thus securing Wilo's competitiveness," says Thies.
