Lee Tebbatt - Managing Director

Lee joined Wilo UK in 2019 and is Managing Director for Wilo UK and Platform Director for UK & Ireland.

After beginning his career with an Engineering Apprenticeship, Lee has had over 25 years’ experience working in the mechanical services industry.

He is responsible for Wilo UK Limited and Circulating Pumps Limited, as well as being a board member of the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA). In 2024, Lee also took up the reins as Managing Director of Arfon rewinds (trading as Arfon Engineering Services) following the acquisition of the company by Wilo UK.

His main focus for Wilo UK is establishing it as a leading technology partner across various industries and evolving its global strategy.
