Descriptif

Compact Multi Pump pressure-boosting system in accordance with DIN 1988 and DIN EN 806, for direct or indirect connection to Main Supply. Consisting of non-self-priming, switched in parallel, vertical stainless steel high-pressure multistage centrifugal pumps. Ready for connection with stainless steel pipework, mounted on a base frame, including integrated control by the frequency converter with all necessary measuring and control devices.

For fully automatic water supply and pressure boosting in residential, commercial and public buildings, hotels, hospitals, department stores and for industrial systems.

For pumping drinking water, process water, cooling water or other service water, which does not affect the materials used, neither chemically nor mechanically, and does not contain any abrasive or long-fibre constituents.

  • Ready for integration into building automation via standard-equipped Modbus TCP and BACnet IP (native), Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP via adapter from USB to RS485
  • Factory testing and presetting to optimum working range

Equipment/function

  • Helix2.0 VE2 to Helix2.0 VE16 series stainless steel high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump
  • Base frame made of electrolytically galvanised steel, with height-adjustable vibration absorbers for insulation against structure-borne noise

On the discharge side:

  • Shut-off valve at each pump
  • Non-return valve at each pump
  • Diaphragm pressure vessel 8 l, PN 16
  • 2 pressure sensors 4 – 20 mA (isolatable)
  • Pressure gauge (isolatable)
  • Threaded cap or blind flange depending on the nominal diameter of the manifold

On the suction side:

  • Shut-off valve at each pump

  • Optionable pressure gauge (isolatable)

  • Integrated low-water cut-out switchgear
  • System is controlled by the Smart Control frequency converters

Operation/display

  • Control via fully electronic frequency converter of the pump, operation via graphics display and rotary knob
  • Factory-preset parameters for easy commissioning/start
  • Adjustment of the setpoint, operating parameters and acknowledgement of the fault messages thanks to Green Button Technology
  • High-resolution graphics display with green button and 2 keys for displaying the operating data, the controller parameters, the operating status of the pumps, the actual pressure, the error messages and the history log
  • Lockable main switch
  • Menu navigation in plain text
