Construction

Hydraulics

Hydraulic system with axial suction port, radial discharge port and bearing bracket as a single unit. The connections are configured as flange connections.

Seal

Bearing bracket with sealing and leakage chamber for admission of fluid ingress through the seal. Fluid-side and motor-side sealing via a bidirectional mechanical seal. The sealing chamber is filled with medicinal white oil, the leakage chamber is empty and closed off towards the motor.

Motor

IEC standard motor in B5 design as a three-phase AC motor with motor efficiency class IE4.

Scope of delivery

• Monobloc unit for horizontal installation with fitted standard motor in three-phase current version, without connection cable
• Angle bracket on the discharge port for fastening lifting equipment
• Installation and operating instructions

Options

• IEC standard motor in different versions:
  • Motor efficiency class IE3
  • Ex-rated according to ATEX or FM
  • Thermal motor monitoring using bimetallic or PTC sensors
