Mel is the HR Manager for Wilo UK & Ireland and has worked for the company since 2017.

Mel has over 30 years of experience working in a wide number of sectors from retail to manufacturing and logistics. She has overall control of the HR function at Wilo UK & Ireland, which includes budget responsibility, payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment and much more. Mel aims to facilitate positive change and continued improvement in employee relations through the development of employee management strategies and best practice.
