Job Title: Technical Service Engineer
Location: Burton on Trent
Report to: Operations Manager

Role Summary:
To support the Field Service Engineers and sub-contractors and provide telephone technical support to customers.
To prepare quotations for service work including installation, commissioning, remedial work and contract business as per Wilo specification, and in line with customer expectations.
Responsible for developing relationships within selected key accounts by providing one to one support for all technical quotes and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have ability to relay accurate details to customer base and Field Service
- To be able to submit quotation on time to customers and offer technical support on the phone
- Thorough knowledge of operations and procedures for updating a Service Management System
- To give first class customer service
- To be able to submit quotation on time to customers
- To ensure that telephones are covered throughout the working dayTo be self-motivated and be able to work on own initiative

Requirements:
- Technical Service Engineering or Technical Sales background is required
- Applicants will need to have worked with a product range for an engineering or manufacturing company
- Be a confident communicator who has worked with Field Service Engineers, Sales Teams and the Customer
- Experience working with National Accounts, Key Accounts or Project Management capabilities are all highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of both Word and Excel
