Alibaba's Zhangbei data center, located 220 km from Beijing, relies on green energy such as wind power and photovoltaics. It houses one of the largest water-cooled clusters for cloud computing in China. Wilo products, which have been specially developed for harsh outdoor environments, are mainly used in natural air cooling. The pumps are made of low-temperature stainless steel and cast steel, with mechanical seals and low-temperature bearings from Germany. They withstand the adverse conditions and consume minimal energy.
