Empowering women. Developing future leaders. Wilo AMEA proudly launches She Leads @ Wilo across the AMEA region.

Developing future leaders starts with creating opportunities for talent to grow. Reinforcing its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and leadership development, Wilo AMEA officially launched the "She Leads @ Wilo" program at the Wilopark in Dortmund, Germany. Bringing together female professionals and senior leaders from across the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region, the initiative provides a platform for learning, collaboration, and leadership development while supporting Wilo's vision of building a more inclusive and future-ready organization.

The "She Leads @ Wilo" program was designed as a strategic platform to accelerate leadership development, strengthen cross-regional collaboration, and reinforce Wilo's commitment to building an inclusive and high-performing organization. Throughout the multi-day kickoff event of the program, participants explored key business priorities shaping the future of the company, including Water AI, sustainability, human capital development, and the evolving role of artificial intelligence in leadership. Interactive discussions, leadership insights, and the panel session Leading the Way: Women Leaders at Wilo provided a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, broaden perspectives, and inspire the next generation of women leaders across the AMEA region.

The program brought together senior executives and thought leaders from across the Wilo Group, including Dr. Patrick Niehr, Global CFO, and Altug Arkaya, Region CFO AMEA, alongside representatives from Group Government and Public Affairs, Group Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and women leaders from across the organization. Their participation underscored Wilo's strong leadership commitment to advancing diversity, empowering women, and cultivating future leaders as a key pillar of the company's long-term people and business strategy. The agenda also highlighted the inspiring journeys of participants from the UAE's JUSOOR internship program, reflecting Wilo's continued investment in developing emerging female talent and creating meaningful pathways for the next generation of leaders.

Reflecting on the strategic importance of the She Leads @ Wilo leadership program, Jens Dallendoerfer, Region CEO AMEA, said: "At Wilo AMEA, we believe that diversity is a key driver of innovation, stronger collaboration, and sustainable growth. 'She Leads @ Wilo' reflects our long-term commitment to developing leadership talent and creating equal opportunities for our people to thrive. By empowering women to grow, lead, and contribute their unique perspectives, we strengthen our organization, enhance our ability to serve customers, and build a more resilient future for our business and the communities we support."

Altug Arkaya, Region CFO AMEA, highlighted the business value of creating equal opportunities for leadership: "At Wilo AMEA, we believe our greatest competitive advantage is our people. Empowering women to lead is not only about fostering an inclusive culture; it is about strengthening our ability to innovate, make better decisions, and create sustainable value. Through She Leads @ Wilo, we are investing in leaders who will help shape the future of our organization and drive our long-term success."

The She Leads @ Wilo program led by Sile Olmez, Region Human Resources Director AMEA, as part of Wilo AMEA's long-term commitment to developing inclusive leadership and empowering future women leaders. As Program Owner, AMEA Region HR Business Partner Nilufar Yuldash played a pivotal role in bringing the initiative to life, leading the planning and flawless execution of the program and ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants.

Beyond professional development, the program also encouraged collaboration and relationship building through networking activities, a guided Wilopark and Energy Tour, and interactive workshops designed to strengthen connections across the AMEA region.

The launch of "She Leads @ Wilo" marks another important milestone in Wilo AMEA's people strategy, reinforcing the company's commitment to creating an inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to develop their potential and contribute to the company's continued success. By investing in leadership development and diversity, Wilo continues to build a workplace that reflects its values of innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

As the program progresses, Wilo AMEA looks forward to sharing the participants' leadership journeys, key milestones, and success stories as She Leads @ Wilo continues to inspire and develop the next generation of women leaders across the region.
