Wilo Middle East celebrated its reopening ceremony on 28th November 2013 in JAFZA south in the presence of MR. Oliver Hermes, CEO , Mr. Tobias Ketterle, CFO and Mr. Thomas Kubbe, Senior Vice President Sales Region EMEA. Also Wilo invited the key customers and distributors in the Middle East Region.
Wilo Middle East celebrated its reopening ceremony on 28th November 2013 in JAFZA south in the presence of MR. Oliver Hermes, CEO , Mr. Tobias Ketterle, CFO and Mr. Thomas Kubbe, Senior Vice President Sales Region EMEA. Also Wilo invited the key customers and distributors in the Middle East Region. The company applied the new corporate design of Wilo SE in Germany with the new logo and claim (Pioneering for You). The German pump specialist is prominent not just in the field of heating, cooling and air-conditioning technology, but also in the water supply and sewage disposal in domestic and municipal contexts besides agriculture.
It’s not only the new brand image, but the new value proposition which we are focusing. In the core of this brand value proposition, we see the human being, the customer. We intend to increase our high customer orientation further. With the new brand value proposition, we plan to deliver ultimate convenience for the consumer. We intend to become more proactive, more faster in responding to the clients and act as entrepreneurs as we can understand customer needs in a better way. Wilo Middle East has been present in Middle East region for over 20 years through its local distributors. With growing markets in building technologies and the introduction of high-efficiency pumps, the customers’ needs for technical support and service become more urgent. This prompted Wilo SE to have its direct presence in the region by opening the first Middle East office in 2006 in Dubai where it became the WILO SE Group's headquarters for the whole Gulf region as well as Egypt, Yemen and Iran.
