Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end panel production from technical review to final execution.
• Ensure right-first-time manufacturing as per electrical drawings and customer requirements.
• Manage material planning, inventory and SAP transactions for smooth production.
• Support PLC programming, VFD applications and program updates as per project needs.
• Conduct pre-order technical assessments and ensure accurate technical execution.
• Drive panel improvements, innovation and process optimization.
• Resolve site issues through technical troubleshooting and implement sustainable corrective actions.

What You'll Bring

Professional Competencies & Technical Expertise

• B.E. in Electrical/Electronic with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in control panel manufacturing.
• Practical expertise in PLC, VFD, automation and industrial communication protocols.
• Working knowledge of SAP and production/material processes.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership and customer focus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
