As a Strategic buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless availability of aftermarket spare parts and service materials that keep our customers' operations running efficiently. By driving strategic sourcing initiatives, building high-performing supplier partnerships, and optimizing procurement performance, you'll directly contribute to WILO's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement of aftermarket spare parts and service materials.
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships to enhance quality, delivery, and long-term value.
• Drive commercial negotiations and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring supply continuity.
• Ensure timely material availability to support service operations and customer commitments.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance through data-driven evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Service, Planning, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Leverage SAP and procurement analytics to strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making.

What You'll Bring

Professional Competencies & Technical Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10–15 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing castings, forgings, machined and fabricated components, electrical components, and bought-out items.
• Experience in aftermarket, spare parts, or service procurement is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and strong analytical capabilities.
