As a Senior Executive – Retrofit Business, you will be responsible for driving retrofit business opportunities and ensuring smooth execution of retrofit projects. You will coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams to understand requirements, provide suitable solutions, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery. You will also contribute to business growth by developing customer relationships and identifying new retrofit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new retrofit business opportunities with customers and dealers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable retrofit solutions and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical evaluation, order processing, and execution.
• Follow up on order status, material availability, delivery, and installation activities.
• Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documents to customers.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution of retrofit-related issues.
• Maintain customer, order, and project-related records and reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and service partners to drive retrofit business.
  

What You’ll Bring

Professional Competencies & Technical Expertise

• 3–6 years of experience in sales, service, retrofit, or project coordination, preferably in the pump/industrial sector.
• Good understanding of pumps, retrofit solutions, and customer requirements.
• Strong customer-handling, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and SAP/ERP systems.
