Downward Boosting

Downward Boosting

Downward boosting systems regulate water pressure when water flows from overhead tanks to lower floors in hotel buildings. In multi-story hotels, the natural gravitational flow from elevated storage tanks can create excessive pressure in lower levels, which may damage plumbing fixtures or cause uneven water distribution.

Variable speed booster pumps and pressure control systems regulate this flow to maintain balanced pressure throughout the building. These systems ensure that guest rooms, kitchens, and service areas on lower floors receive safe and consistent water pressure while protecting pipelines and fixtures from excessive load.
