DLF Cybercity

DLF Cybercity (IT Park & SEZ Development)

DLF Cybercity Chennai is a large-scale integrated IT campus and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located in Manapakkam, one of Chennai’s prominent IT corridors. Spread across approximately 43 acres, the development offers nearly 6 million square feet of Grade-A office space across multiple towers, catering to leading multinational corporations and IT enterprises.

Such expansive IT campuses require highly efficient plumbing and water management systems to support continuous operations across office spaces, utilities, food courts, and service areas. With high occupancy levels and large infrastructure spread, ensuring consistent water pressure, efficient sewage management, and uninterrupted system performance is critical.

Pumping systems in these environments play a vital role in managing water distribution, pressure boosting, and wastewater handling, ensuring smooth and reliable day-to-day operations across the campus.

The water management infrastructure at DLF Cybercity Chennai is designed to handle large-scale demand across multiple office blocks and operational zones. The Helix booster systems installed in this project are engineered to deliver consistent water pressure across all buildings, ensuring uninterrupted supply to offices, restrooms, and service areas.

These booster systems operate with high energy efficiency and intelligent control, dynamically adjusting performance based on real-time demand. This ensures optimal pressure management while minimizing energy consumption and operational costs—an essential factor in large commercial campuses.

In addition to water supply, efficient wastewater management is equally critical in such infrastructure. Cutter pumps are deployed for sewage applications, designed to handle wastewater containing solids and fibrous materials. Their cutting mechanism ensures smooth flow and prevents clogging, enabling reliable drainage and sewage handling across the campus.

The integration of booster and sewage pumping systems ensures a comprehensive plumbing solution, covering both supply and disposal aspects of water management. The systems are designed for continuous operation, low maintenance, and long-term reliability, supporting the high operational demands of an IT park environment.
