Balrampur Chini Mill Ltd., one of India’s largest sugar manufacturing companies, is undertaking a significant upgrade at its mill in Uttar Pradesh. The project involves providing high-efficiency pumping solutions for cooling water applications in the sugar production process. This application required a highly reliable and efficient pumping system to ensure optimal cooling and uninterrupted operation of the mill’s machinery.

The pumping solution provided for Balrampur Chini Mill Ltd. is designed to handle the high demand of cooling water required for the sugar production process. Wilo supplied a total of 21 pumps across various models, including SCP, TERA SCH, and ASP pumps, all of which are engineered to ensure reliable performance and efficiency.

The system is designed with high-efficiency motors and features EBIL mechanical seals for enhanced durability and reduced maintenance needs. The pumps are equipped with HT & LT ABB/Siemens VFD-compatible motors, ensuring smooth and energy-efficient operation.
