At the Coke Oven 5 RO-ZLD Plant (425 m³/hr) at JSW Steel’s Vijayanagar Works, Aquatech Systems Asia Pvt. Ltd. delivered a high-performance solution for advanced wastewater treatment. Installed in the anoxic tank, Wilo Submersible Mixers (8 units) ensure uniform mixing and efficient biological treatment of complex effluents from coke oven operations. Supporting over 90% water recovery and zero liquid discharge, the solution enhances process reliability, sustainability, and reuse—contributing to responsible water management in steel manufacturing.
