Helix2.0-VE 222-1/25/E/KS/3

Non-self-priming, high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump in vertical design with in-line connection, equipped with electronically controlled EC motor with energy efficiency class IE5 according to IEC 60034-30-2.

The pump and motor shafts are connected via split coupling. A special lantern ball bearing ensures optimum admission of axial thrusts. Special, permanently attached lifting eyes enable easy pump installation.

The pump is suitable for the water supply, water distribution and pressure boosting, for industrial circulation systems, process water, closed cooling circuits and heating applications. It can also be used in washing systems as well as for irrigation.

Control modes:

• Constant speed n-c: manually with the green button or using an external signal
• Constant pressure p-c, constant differential pressure ∆p-c, variable pressure p-v, variable differential pressure ∆p-v: Pressure control via sensor, setpoint configuration with the green button or using the external signal
• PID control: Other constant control variables (temperature, volume flow, pressure etc.) with sensor, setpoint configuration with the green button or using the external signal

The electronic module provides various functions:

• Maximum pressure for limit detection
• Minimum pressure for limit detection
• Low-water detection through suction sensor
• Zero-flow test (open circuit)
• No-Flow Stop (closed circuit)
• Dry-running detection
• Calculation of the volume flow with the help of a differential pressure sensor
• Pump kick
• Error and warning codes
• Overload protection
• Slot for Wilo CIF module PLR, LON, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, CANopen, Ethernet Multi-protocol (Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP) for connection to the building automation
• A green LED indicates pump status
• A blue LED indicates that the pump is controlled externally via an interface
• Access lock

Analogue input:

• IN (AI 1): Input, sensor signal 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, 0–20 mA or 2–10 V
• IN (AI 2): Input, setpoint 0–20 mA, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA or 2–10 V

Digital input IN (DI 1):

• External OFF
• Low-water detection due to binary input

Dual-pump management (two single pumps)

• Main/standby operation
