YOUR TASKS

• Develop business opportunities and expand Wilo’s presence in the Southern Region of Brazil.
• Manage commercial relationships and follow-up activities with customers, partners, and prospective accounts.
• Prospect new opportunities in the construction and sanitation segments.
• Follow projects and support the specification of Wilo solutions with customers and market influencers.
• Keep customer and opportunity records updated in the company systems.
• Support the execution of the commercial plan for the area, with a focus on achieving results.
• Work in alignment with internal areas to ensure agility, efficiency, and a positive customer experience.
• Conduct negotiations in accordance with the company’s commercial guidelines and policies.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields.
• Experience in a commercial role, preferably in construction, sanitation, or technical solutions.
• Experience in customer prospecting, market development, and project follow-up.
• Strong communication skills, a consultative profile, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Availability to travel.
