YOUR TASKS

• Manage inventory in Navision and oversee the physical warehouse.
• Control stock levels, inbound and outbound movements, authorizations, withdrawals, minimums and maximums.
• Analyze replenishment needs and optimize warehouse space and layout.
• Plan and coordinate the national logistics strategy.
• Supervise the receipt, inspection, dispatch, handling and packaging of goods.
• Assign storage locations and keep the warehouse organized, clean and safe.
• Prepare and record cycle counts.
• Manage national sales orders, stock materials and indirect purchase orders in Navision.
• Monitor delivery dates, invoicing, shipments and logistics costs.
• Develop and evaluate logistics suppliers.
• Propose improvements to reduce logistics costs and delivery times.
• Process transfers between warehouses in Navision.
• Attend internal and external training sessions according to the company’s training plan.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and national logistics.
• ERP knowledge, preferably Navision.
• Experience with stock control, receiving, dispatching and logistics management.
• Safe forklift operation and checklist control.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
