YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to customers, branches, and projects.
• Manage communication with carriers and track deliveries through to completion.
• Coordinate with the warehouse regarding the availability, consolidation, and preparation of products, spare parts, accessories, and equipment.
• Keep logistics and order information up to date in the ERP/Navision system.
• Receive, validate, and enter purchase orders and customer orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on assembly orders for centrifugal pumps and pumping systems.
• Manage documentation related to shipments, deliveries, inventory, and orders.
• Report deviations, delays, or incidents that may affect delivery deadlines.
• Prepare reports and indicators related to logistics and operational performance.
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations, finance, warehouse, workshop, technical service, and administration.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Experience: Preferably between 1 and 3 years of experience in administrative roles related to logistics, operations, supply chain, or distribution.
• Experience in industrial, importing, distributing, or technical equipment trading companies will be valued.
• Experience in delivery coordination, warehouse management, order processing, and inventory tracking is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Navision or similar.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics processes, distribution, document control, and logistics management indicators.
• Basic knowledge of electromechanical equipment, centrifugal pumps, and pumping systems is preferred.
